- Welcome + Orientation A simple introduction to breathwork, TRE®, pacing, and safety (trauma-informed, no pushing).
- Guided Group Breathwork Session You may pause or modify at any time.
- Guided Group TRE® Session Gentle movements leading into neurogenic tremor muscle release. You may pause or modify at any time.
- Liturgy of the Hours/Divine Office A brief closing moment of gratitude in prayer.
- Sacred Silence Quiet time to settle, reflect, and allow the nervous system to absorb the experience.

A Guided Reflection Journal for the Journey
A quiet companion to reflect on the retreat
Each participant will receive a guided reflection journal designed to support prayerful integration following the retreat.
This journal is not meant to analyze or explain your experience — but to gently witness it. You’ll be invited to pause, notice, and reflect on what surfaced in your body, heart, and prayer. Some reflections may be simple. Others may remain wordless. Both are welcome.
There is no expectation to share what you write. This is a private space between you and God.
